1. Information We Collect
We collect information you provide when creating an account (name, email address, organisation name) and information generated through platform use, including call recordings, transcripts, metadata (call duration, phone numbers), and usage logs. We do not collect payment card data directly — billing is handled by our payment processor.
2. How We Use Your Data
We use your data to provide and improve the Worryless AI service, authenticate users, send transactional emails, detect and prevent abuse, and comply with legal obligations. We do not sell your personal data to third parties.
3. Data Retention
Call recordings and transcripts are retained for 90 days after a call ends, after which they are permanently deleted from our systems. Account data is retained for the lifetime of your account and for up to 30 days after deletion. You may request early deletion by contacting sure@worryless.ai.
4. Kenya Data Protection Act 2019
We process personal data in accordance with the Kenya Data Protection Act 2019 (DPA 2019). As a data processor acting on behalf of our customers, we maintain appropriate technical and organisational safeguards. Data subjects whose information is processed through our platform have the right to access, correct, and request deletion of their personal data by contacting the data controller (our customer) or us directly. We will respond to verified requests within 30 days.
5. Third-Party Services
We use the following sub-processors: Google Cloud (AI inference), Telnyx (telephony), LiveKit (WebRTC media), Cloudflare R2 (recording storage), and Railway (infrastructure). Each sub-processor is contractually required to maintain appropriate data protection standards.
