1. Acceptance

By accessing or using Worryless AI (“the Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Acceptable Use

You may use the Service only for lawful purposes. You must not use the Service to make unsolicited calls to individuals without prior consent (where required by law), harass or threaten any person, transmit spam or fraudulent communications, circumvent any Do-Not-Call registry, impersonate any person or organisation, or violate any applicable law or regulation, including the Kenya Communications Act and DPA 2019.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms without notice.

3. Your Responsibilities

You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. You must obtain all necessary consents from call recipients before initiating calls using the Service. You are responsible for ensuring your use of AI agents complies with applicable consumer protection and telecommunications regulations in your jurisdiction.

4. Service Availability

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Service. We may perform maintenance, upgrades, or suspend the Service at any time. During the beta period, features and pricing are subject to change.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Worryless AI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.

6. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Kenya. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Nairobi, Kenya.
